Our approach is straight forward our first meeting is free. Our objective to provide the mentoring services best suited to your needs.

Step 1

Contact us for a free no obligation meeting about the challenges your business is facing. This conversation is completely confidential and we are more than happy to sign non-disclosure agreements before that conversation.

Step 2

Our meeting can either be at your premises or a neutral venue. This initial discussion is also free and will typically last 1 to 2 hours where we will go through in detail your circumstances and identify the most pressing issues. We will then go through our approach and of course our fees and charges.

Step 3

We start to work together. We will agree frequency of our contact, in addition any issues that can be handled in a single telephone call will also be free of charge.

Step 4

We will review on a regular basis objectives for the forthcoming period and how our mentoring services can be tailored to meet your requirements
